Vereecke bvba located at Zandvoordestraat
360B – 8400 Ostend in Belgium. 
Your data is hosted and stored in Oostkamp. 
No third party vendors have access to your
information unless specifically required 
by law.

How long do we claim your data?

We keep your documents for 7 years
according to our data retention policy. 
After this period, your personal data 
may be irreversibly destroyed. 
Any personal data held by us for marketing 
and service update communications will be 
retained by us until you notify us that you
no longer wish to receive this information.

Minimal data processing

The personal data we collect is only for 
our purposes. We limit our collection of 
your personal information to the minimum 
amount necessary to run our business.

newsletter in our central CRM package

You always have the option to unsubscribe 
from our newsletter. 
Unsubscribing does not automatically mean 
that your data will be removed from our 
CRM Database.
